- ★★★☆☆- Didn't love it, didn't hate it... it was mostly a meh book with some aspects I liked and some I didn't.
- ★★☆☆☆- Overall, I did not like this book, but there were a couple of things I did enjoy about it.
- ★☆☆☆- Hated it! Did not like anything about it!
- ☆☆☆☆- I didn't even finish this book.

Where do I post my reviews?
I cross-post all of my reviews on this blog, Goodreads, and Amazon. If I receive the book from Smashwords, I will post the review there, too.
- ARCs (advanced reading copies) AND finished copies
- I prefer to have a physical copy* (hardcover or paperback).
- But if for some reason you cant send out a physical copy, I also accept e-books compatible with Kindle.
What I'm looking for:
My favorite genre is Young Adult, specifically:
- Paranormal/Supernatural
- Horror/Mystery/Thriller
- Sci-Fi
- Fairy Tale Retellings
- I am a HUGE fan of mythology, so any type of Fictional Mythology: Greek, Egyptian, Norse, Roman, etc.
I'll read almost anything with some sort of paranormal/supernatural aspect to it, as long as it captures my attention.
New Adult, Adult, and MG novels are also okay, though I don't read them too often.
What I'm NOT looking for:
- Non-Fiction
- Self-help
- Poetry
- Christian Fiction
- Historical fiction
- Contemporary/Realistic Fiction
- Erotica
I don't have anything against these types of books, they're just not my cup of tea, you know?
How long does it take me to read and review a book?
It may take me from a few days to a few months to get a book read and reviewed. I usually read my review books in the order I received them, but most often than not I'll read them as the mood strikes me. However, if you have a time frame, just let me know in the e-mail so we can work something out! If no time frame is given, I'll just read the book when it is next.
All review requests are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please note that not all requests can/will be accepted, and I will only be replying to e-mails where I accept the request, as it is just much too time consuming. If I do accept your book and am not able to finish it for one reason or another, I will let you know immediately via e-mail with my reasoning.
Spotlight Posts:
And sometimes life happens and I get backed up on reviews, so if I am interested in your book but am unable to review it at that time, I may offer to do a spotlight/promotional post. This spotlight post will consist of the following:
- Book cover
- Title and series name (if applicable)
- Publication date
- Publisher
- Book blurb
- Book genre(s)
- Link to book's Goodreads page
- Buy links
- Author name + author bio and links
- And perhaps something extra, which is totally up to you! (e.g. book excerpt, book trailer, giveaway, guest post, very brief interview, etc.)
Other Promotional Things:
I am also happy to do any of the following, just let me know in the e-mail you send me...
- interview (author or character)
- guest post (author chooses the topic)
- host a giveaway (books, e-books, gift cards, bookmarks, or other book swag. You can send me the prizes then I can send them to the winners, or I can forward you the contact info and you can mail the prizes directly...whatever works for you)
- participate in blog tours (notify me of a blog tour you have going on and I'll consider joining)
- post book trailers
- other promo stuff (e.g. spotlight post, or let me know of any other ideas)
