Showcase Sunday (#54)

Welcome to Showcase Sunday, hosted by Books, Biscuits and Tea. The aim of this event is to showcase our newest books or book related swag and to see what everyone else received for review, borrowed form the libraries, bought in bookshops and downloaded onto eReaders this week. For more information about how this feature works and to join in, click here.

The Universe Builders sounds like a lot of fun! :) Thank you, Steve and Argon Press! Oooh, and look at how lovely Tortured Souls looks! Thank you Sea Dragon Press and Netgalley! I'm very excited to read this one!

So, I got my first Book Outlet order this week, and I cannot tell you how excited I was! I found out about this site through Tiffany @ About to Read, so thank you Tiffany for helping me find this amazingly cheap site! :D (Although my wallet is not too happy ;) LOL) Here are all the books I got:

Jane Jones: Worst. Vampire. Ever. by Caissie St. Onge

Don't Expect Magic by Kathy McCullough

Unraveling by Elizabeth Norris

Arise (Hereafter #2) by Tara Hudson

Just for Fins (Fins #3) by Tera Lynn Childs

Forgive My Fins (Fins #1) by Tera Lynn Childs

Sweet Legacy (Medusa Girls #3) by Tera Lynn Childs

Sweet Shadows (Medusa Girls #2) by Tera Lynn Childs

Yeah, that's EIGHT of them! And one of them was signed, eeeeep! And let me tell you something else, all of these books, ALL of them, were under $5 each (Jane Jones was actually just $0.79)! And two of them are hardcovers! So yeah, if you have not checked out this website before, I highly recommend you do! And it's great because all of the books they sell are brand new. I actually introduced my cousin to this site this weekend, and her reaction: "WHAT DID YOU DO TO ME??" Yeah, I think she liked it ;) lol

What bookish things did you get this week?

  1. Book Outlet is awesome! Shipping can be a bit expensive for outside the US, but it can be worth it if you get the books super cheap!!
    Happy reading, Lili!
