Welcome to Showcase Sunday, hosted by Books, Biscuits and Tea. The aim of this event is to showcase our newest books or book related swag and to see what everyone else received for review, borrowed form the libraries, bought in bookshops and downloaded onto eReaders this week. For more information about how this feature works and to join in, click here.
For Review:
Bought:
Eeeep! Percy Jackson!! I LOVE the new covers of the books, so I just had to get them! And the box set came with a little poster! I love it! Yes, I do have 2 sets of the PJO series now... don't judge me!! ;)
And this one was only $3 on Amazon! Woot! Remember that gift card I got about a month ago? Yup. I used it to buy all this :)
Amazon Freebies:
Umm, yeah... you could say I went a little overboard with the Freebies this week, lol. [Clicking on the cover will take you to their Amazon page... but I don't know if they are still free or not, but feel free to check if you're interested!]
Book Swag:
Thank you Lori!! :D
What bookish things did you get this week?
Nice haul! I also got Gypsy for review last week, but in eBook format!
ReplyDeleteAnd yay for the Lori M Lee signed swag, isn't it beautiful!?
Happy reading!
You're on the blog tour for Gypsy, too, right?? I just started it and am really enjoying it!!
DeleteThanks for stopping by! :)
Ouu awesome haul! I received The Gypsy a few days ago in print as well! ^_^ And OMG, that Percy Jackson set is just beautiful. I have to get to that series soon! Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteWhoo! Gypsy is everywhere, lol ;)
DeleteI love Percy Jackson!! And yes, you MUST read this series soon!! It's so amazing!!
OMG, I LOVE the Gates of Thread and Stone bookmark (the one on the right!) I want it. Give it to me, Lili, give it to me. :) Hhahhaha, it's okay! Buying books itself is a great thing and maybe, since you're making that author rich, he'll use that money to produce a 3rd movie. Yes, himself. XD I bought at Book Outlet on Sunday exactly (weee it matches with the post):
ReplyDelete-Dangerous Girls
-Easy
-Eleanor & Park (so excited)
-Demon Trappers book 1 and 2
-Vampire Crush (sounds fun) (OH HEY VAMPIRES!)
-Written in Red (can't wait to have this gorgeous book in my hands)
Voilà!
Lola @ Hit or Miss Books
PS: I won't be reviewing at Seeing Night Reviews anymore since I created myself a blog (yesterday) ^^ Hope you'll be visiting me there. Bring a gift as well (BOOKMARK.) Lol.
Happy reading.
Man, this 'comment' was long...
Ha! Wouldn't that be great if he produced the movie himself? Only in a perfect world... ;)
DeleteOoooh, you got lots of goodies!! I actually also have the 1st book in the Demon Trapper series... haven't read it yet, though. And Vampire Crush does sound fun!!
Congrats on your shiny new blog, girlie! :D
