This book was fine. In recent years, I have really gotten into aquatic horror aka horror books that take place in/around the ocean. Don't know why, but it's a subgenre that really calls to me (actually, I blame Mira Grant and Into the Drowning Deep 😆). So I have been in search of some good aquatic horror books. This was not one of those books... I mean, it wasn't terrible, but it was just... a book. You know? It had some really good horrific descriptions, but I just felt like the story was very slow-moving. Idk. I'm gonna have to sit on this one for a minute and collect my thoughts. Lol.
Speaking of Mira Grant, I am still not that far into this one, about 11% in or so. But I am still SO intrigued! I'm really looking forward to seeing what happens!
I think I want to read this one next. I do need to get it from the library again though 😅
