This volume was SO fun! But that's not surprising. Lol. The last book ended in a little bit of an action-y cliffhanger, so I'm glad we got closure on that. Lol. This volume also ends in a cliffhanger, but this time it relates to Anya, and I cannot wait to find out what happens! Because apparently, this will be important for Operation Strix. Anyway, I am officially caught up on the series and I am not okay 😠However, I still have season 2 of the anime to watch, so I'm definitely gonna go and do that while I wait for volume 14 to come out later this year. Lol.
I just started this one today while is was in a waiting room. I didn't get too far into it, only a couple of pages, but I'm sure it's going to be a fun one as well. Lol.
I have the second book in the Murderbot Diaries that I can read, and I also have a mountain of Sakamoto Days volumes to get through. Lol. Idk which I'll read next, but they're all gonna be short, quick reads. Lol.
I'm with you on the "short quick" reads 😂 I DNF-ed so many books this week and I feel a slump is in my future unless I pick something short and light. I might just copy you and read a Spy x Family volume 😂
ReplyDeleteLast year I discovered that when I'm in a slump-y mood (which has been the case pretty much all of this year ðŸ˜) manga are a good route to go. Their fast and easy AND they have fun illustrations when reading blocks of text is too much 😆
