So I'm sick again 🫠 Started having a horrendous cough yesterday and I'm honestly tired already. Lol. And that's the only symptom I have! Just a dry, very annoying cough! And the problem when I have a cough is that it always overstays its welcome, so I'm gonna be coughing for like the next month or two 😭 I'm gonna go to the pharmacy today to stock up on some medication because I don't think I have any at home. Aside from that, I did get my hair done! I am SO excited! It's about 7am Sunday as I write this, and I think later this morning I'm going to go dye my hair back to purple! My hair has been faded for a long time, so I'm excited to get it back to its vibrant purple state 💜
I finished RE0 and I really liked it! This one and RE1 have been some of the more difficult games, but they are older so that makes sense. BUT they were nowhere as difficult as RE4 was 😭 For context, I have been playing all of these games on standard, or whatever the normal difficulty is, and RE4 is the only one that almost made me rage quit 😂 If I ever play it again, it's gonna be on easy mode, for sure. Lol.
But back to RE0, I really liked it! I enjoyed the game mechanics because we played as both Rebecca and Billy, and we could switch between them at the press of a button. It was very cool! And I loved these characters! Rebecca is very young, but so sassy! And she gets things done! And Billy has this bad boy vibe to them that I am honestly a sucker for 😆 I loved him! 😍

However, this is probably the worst rank I've gotten in a game 😆 It's okay though, 'cause I had fun. Lol. I will admit, though, I did stop halfway through because I thought it was difficult and went off to play RE2 instead... again 🫣😆 It turned out that it wasn't difficult, I was just overwhelmed with all the loot that needed to be picked up in the area because I literally had no more inventory space. Lol.

I did so good on my replay of RE2, though! The first time I played, I did the Leon scenario first and then Claire, so this time I'm doing the Claire scenario first and then Leon. There were a couple of differences in dialogue, but nothing too drastically different story-wise. I just wanted to do all the scenarios in all the different ways possible. Lol. I'm actually gonna go play the Leon scenario later today and I'm very excited because it's Leon 😆 Leon in this game is so freaking cute and full of hope and life. Meanwhile, in RE9, he is rugged and absolutely done with the world's bullshit 😂 God, I love him so much 😍

Speaking of RE9, I've been wanting to do a speed run of it so I can get some reward points to unlock infinite ammo. The problem is, it took me like 20 hours to finish the game the first time, and the speed run needs to be done in under 4 hours! It's insane! So yeah, idk if I want to attempt that after I finish RE2 again, or if I want to go with RE3, because that is a game I want to play. We're back with Jill in RE3, which is exciting because I loved her in RE1! I guess we'll see next week what I end up going with. Lol. But from what I've heard, RE3 is pretty short, so I may be able to get to both 👀

Ugh, sorry you're sick again. :-(. It sucks when it hangs on for so long as well. I'm going to send vibes that it goes away much quicker this time! At least you're having fun with your video game playing right now! Here's hoping it's a good week for you.

Thanks, girl. I'm loaded up on meds, cough drops, and tea, so fingers crossed. And yes, I am having the best time with Resident Evil 🤣 Not even a cough can stop me. Lol.
