Synopsis:

Kaylee has one addiction: her very hot, very popular boyfriend, Nash. A banshee like Kaylee, Nash understands her like no one else. Nothing can come between them.

Until something does.

Demon breath. No, not the toothpaste-challenged kind. The Netherworld kind. The kind that really can kill you. Somehow the super-addictive substance has made its way to the human world. But how? Kaylee and Nash have to cut off the source and protect their friends—one of whom is already hooked.

And so is someone else…

My rating: ★★★★★

(Q and A format)

I really like books like this: full of emotion, suspense, and unexpected turns. But this unexpected turn almost made me want to tear my hair out! I have to admit though, I kinda knew what it was in the back of my mind. Just like Kaylee, I was like: No, no, that's not possible. Boy was I wrong.

As we all know by now, Kaylee is till trying to adjust to being a bean sidhe (AKA banshee). But she's not out of one problem when she's already getting sucked into another.

Q: What is it this time?

A: Well, to put it simply, Demon's Breath.

Q: Again?!

A: Yes and no. This time no one is selling their soul and getting filled up with Demon's Breath in order to sustain life. Instead, kids in Kaylee's school are getting high on it! Because there aren't enough drugs out there as it is (note sarcasm).

Now Kaylee and Nash are trying to figure out how in the world Demon's Breath is getting from the Netherworld and into the hands of their classmates. Plus, knowing how bad Demon's Breath can be to a person, they're also trying to cut off their supply to it. Sounds easy right?
Wrong!

Especially after Kaylee finds out about Nash's secret which puts their relationship on edge. This is the unexpected turn I was talking about earlier...yeah, the one that almost made me want to tear my own hair out. You shouldn't have lied, Nash! YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE LIED! *takes deep breath* And lets continue on with more bad news-

Q: More?!

A: Yep. You remember that evil guy (who's not really a guy but a demon) Avari? Well, he's back!

Jeeze, so many problems. But the ultimate question is: Will Kaylee and Nash's relationship survive?
There's only one way to find out: stay tuned for My Soul to Steal ;)
