Sunday Post #441: More Books, More Games

What I've been doing:

Just another week of trying to keep myself sane by reading, watching TV, and playing my silly little Sims game. Lol.

What I've been watching:

 

Still watching Criminal Minds, but I also finally started watching House! I've been seeing clips of it on social media and I've been wanting to watch it so I thought it was finally time. Lol. And I like it so far! However, this show is from like 2004 and it SHOWS. Lol. There are some things that are super dated and kind of give me the ick, but luckily they're few and far between. Overall, I'm enjoying it! House is such a sarcastic asshole and that's why I love this show 😆

 

Oh I also re-watched some more Marvel. Lol.

What I've been listening to:

What I've been playing:

My Super Sim's mom has been engaged to her Akira for a long time, so after having a fun date of karaoke, I had them finally elope at the Romance Festival 😆

 

I also worked on skill building and the Scouts with my actual Super Sim. Lol.

 

And then going back to the save file where I do all my Rewards Events, my Sim finally had the Grim Reaper's baby!

 

And my other Sim in the same save file had a baby with Father Winter... yes it is a trend here 😆

 

But going back to my death/Grim family, this girl's crush from high school came around to her house randomly one day and he started flirting with her autonomously. So I figured maybe he wanted to rekindle something. But I should've known it was too good to be true because when they were in high school, one day he just outright rejected her, and then here in the present he did the SAME thing when I tried to get her to flirt back! AND THEN I go and find out that he is MARRIED?! Nah, this boy is too much drama. I think I'm gonna stick with the Grim Reaper 😂 I also started a new event with a different Sim, the one in the pink, so now I have three active households in the same save 😅

 

Anyway, this is the event:

I've done two weeks and there are two more weeks left. It's SO fun! I love these events!

 

And it made me laugh because as soon as I introduced myself to the event Sim, Emit Relevart (that's time traveler backward 👀), he started flirting with my Sim! 😂 Which I was, of course, okay with because that's what I was planning this whole time 😆

 

And I also made another Sim, just for fun. At this point, I have made more Sims than I know what to do with. Lol. I think I'm gonna just drop some in some of my save files as NPCs. Lol.

And then I started back up with my obsession with Preserve. I forgot how satisfying and relaxing this game is 😌

 

Last, I played a little bit of Kirby and the Stitch game, too.

Purchased:

I am SO freaking excited to read this book! It's a fantasy with a time loop where the main character is tired of trying to be the hero so they instead try and become the Dark Lord 😆 It sounds SO fun! It's giving me Assistant to the Villain vibes and I am here for it!

More manga! Despite my issues with the series, I've read three volumes at this point and I'm enjoying it!
