It's time for another Relax & Readthon! Yay! And I actually really need it this month because I have not read a single book on my TBR this month 😬 I mean, I've been reading, just nothing on my TBR 😅😂 So I'm hoping this readathon will help me catch up because the month is almost over. Lol. This readathon was created and hosted by the Reading Nymph (Here is the announcement video.)
For this readathon, I'm starting on Friday (yesterday), and I think I want to go all the way to Tuesday. I have some extra time off from work, so that's 5 days! Yay! (I might end it earlier... idk yet. Lol.) But anyway, here is the board we are working with this month:

This is the original board, which I haven't done in a while. I've been using all the themed boards for the last couple months. Lol.
Reading-wise, I'm focusing on my April TBR. Like I said, I've read NOTHING from it and the month is almost over 😅 Oh, why? If you guessed that it's because of my Resident Evil hyperfixation, you would be correct 😆 It's okay, though. I've got like a week left, and 6 books on my TBR that are actually on the shorter side. It should be doable, but if I don't manage to read them all, I'm really not going to stress about it. And to get myself to read, I can't play Resident Evil until I complete my reading goal for the day 😆 I think that's going to be very good motivation 🤣
Omg I actually slept in today and woke up a couple of minutes before 7am 😱 Truly shocked. Lol. Anyway, I actually have no plans today or this weekend, so it should be a good time for a readathon. This morning I'm going to go shower, have breakfast, clean up a bit, and then get started on the board. Speaking of which, here is how my first rolls went:

I decided to start on 'Reflect' and actually use that prompt because I need to write a review, like, now 😅 Then I did two more rolls, and here is what this morning is looking like:
- Reflect
- Rolled a 4 - Free Space
- Rolled a 4 - Favourite Beverage
No reading so far, but that's okay because I would like to do some blog-related things before I start reading, so that is what I'm going to use the 'Free Space' for. This worked out really well for me! Lol.
Okay, I wrote the review that needed to be written, finished the blog things I wanted to do, and I'm currently having a chai latte in this mug I got from my local indie bookstore!

Now let's get some actual reading done!

I'm all over the place here because for this board you don't have to move in one direction, and I fully took advantage on these next 3 rolls 😆
- Rolled a 5 - Move 3 spaces - Enjoy a cosy hobby
- Rolled a 1 - Reading Goal
- Rolled a 3 - Exercise
The way I am SO tempted to go play a video game for cozy hobby 👀 No! I'm going to be good! 😆 I'm gonna say reading is going to be my cozy hobby, and 'Reading Goal' is just referring to a book for a challenge, which is perfect for me! One book I have on my April TBR that will fulfill one of the prompts for one of my many challenges is this one:
It's short, and I really enjoyed the first one, so I'm really looking forward to reading this one! As for exercise, I just had a thought 👀 I was talking about video games... Well, I haven't played Ring Fit Adventure in quite some time, and boy does it give me a workout 😅 So I might do that.
Okay, I finished all my prompts, AND I finished How to Steal a Galaxy! It was so fun! I loved it! For the exercise prompt, I didn't end up playing the game I wanted because I realized that my Switch was dead. Like, super dead. Like, it wouldn't turn on 😂 I ended up just doing some stretches, which was nice because I read the novella pretty much in one sitting. Lol.

Onto the next couple of rolls!
- Rolled a 5 - Move 2 Spaces - 1st Book that Comes to Mind
- Rolled a 3 - Short Book
- Rolled a 3 - Move 3 spaces - Comfort genre
So those first two roles are easy. I especially love that I got Short Book because I'm going to be reading this one next:
The next, and last, book in the Chaotic Orbits series! As for comfort genre... idk that I would consider sci-fi a comfort genre, even though I love it. I'm gonna have to think on it, especially because the next book I planned on reading was another sci-fi 😂
I finished Last Chance to Save the World and I really liked it! It was so fun! And the banter 😍 With that, I have completed the prompts '1st Book that Comes to Mind' and 'Short Book.' I still have not completed 'Comfort Genre' though. I have a few options, but I'm honestly not sure what I want to read. I kinda want to go with something NOT on my TBR, but the purpose of this readathon, for me this time, is to complete my TBR 😂 Anyway, I don't know. My reading goal for the day was to read these two novellas and I completed it! That means I can now go play Resident Evil, which I think I'm going to go do. This is later me's problem 😆 I'll be back tomorrow with a decision... hopefully. Lol.
