Sunday Post #501: Readathon Weekend

Welcome to The Sunday Post hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer, where I talk about what is going on in life and the blog, and show you all the bookish things I got that week!

What I've been doing:

I'm right in the middle of a readathon and I am having the best time! And yesterday I went to the food fair with my brothers and that was a good time. I hadn't been in years because I just don't like crowds, but there weren't that many people yesterday. It was nice. But WAY too expensive!

What I've been watching:

Yesterday I also watched this horror movie in the POV of a dog and it was just so depressing 😩 All I learned was that we don't deserve dogs 😭

What I've been playing:

I also finished playing Resident Evil 1 and I really liked it!! The only downside was the lack of camera controls. The camera was fixed, and it took me a minute to get used to it, but it actually didn't drive me as crazy as I expected. Lol. There was unfortunately no Leon in this one, but I did like playing with Jill. And also, the iconic Wesker was in it, so it was very cool to see where all of this got started. Next time I play this game I will definitely play with Chris, but for now, I'm good. Lol. Onto the next! Lol.

And the next one is RE0, which takes place at the same time as RE1, but it follows a different character. Again, no Leon, but I think I'm going to like Billy 😏

I also played some Sim 4 this week! Shocking. Lol. I went in and played a bit on my Super Sim save file, and one thing I noticed that made me laugh is that the kids have a higher relationship with their grandmother, Laurel, than they do with their parents 😂

She did help take care of them when they were newborns, so it makes sense. Lol.

They're so cute though! 😭

Look at them! 😭 Playing with their kids, hugging their kids... And then they finally aged up into children!

And their vampire uncle came to visit on their birthday night. I love this save. Everything about it is so freaking cute. Lol.
