Synopsis: The final battle against Yhwach gets under way as Ichigo and his allies reach the Quincy King’s throne room. Can Ichigo put an end to the thousand-year war between the Soul Reapers and Quincies? The conclusion of Bleach is here!

My rating: ★★★★★

The last volume... and I am not okay 😭

So we’ve come to the end and it’s finally time to defeat the ridiculously overpowered Yhwach. That was one of my issues with this guy, that he was just too overpowered... it’s too much! Lol. But Ichigo put in the work and, well, got to work. Lol.

That plus they had the help of the Bounts, the Espadas, and some other guys, so it was really intense up in here. I appreciated the reunion though! It was cool! I liked that former foes became allies. And even Aizen came in handy, surprisingly! Hate that guy 😒 Lol.

I’m not usually a fan of epilogues, especially if they fast forward many years, but I actually enjoyed this one. It takes place 10 years later and we start it off with Shunsui visiting Jushiro’s grave, and I am still not okay.

There was also a lot of fun banter between the characters, which I always love. Plus we drop in on Rukia, Renji, Ichigo, Orihime, and everyone else and we see what they’re up to. Basically there’s lots of fluff and I love my fluff. I could've used even MORE fluff, tbh 😂 But I really enjoyed this series and this arc. I’m really excited to see this arc adapted in the anime... but who knows when that’s gonna happen 😅

Have you read this book? If so, what did you think about it? If not, what do you think? Does it sound like something you might want to read? Leave me a link to your review or comment below! 😊
