Top Authors I Own the Most Books From (as of 2024)!

Two days ago I talked about my most-read authors EVER, and today I'm talking about the authors I own the most books from! Just like that previous post, I've been doing this post every three years... that's just how it ended up working out. Lol. And I was looking back at those previous posts wondering how I came up with these numbers because when I sat to do this post, it was daunting 😰 Unlike in my most-read authors post where there's a handy tool that adds up the numbers for me, for this one I actually had to do it myself! I looked through my Kindle and through my physical books and I added up the numbers and came up with the following. It honestly didn't take as long as I thought it would, but it was still a bit of work. Lol.
And for comparison purposes, here are the authors that made it onto my list 3 years ago:
5. Marissa Meyer & Rachel Vincent (13 books each) 4. Janette Rallison (16 books) + C.J. Hill (6 books) = 22 total books 3. Cassandra Clare (25 books) 2. Jennifer Estep & Rick Riordan (37 books each) 1. R.L. Stine (122 books)

5th Place:

If you've been here any amount of time you know how much I've been loving Julia Huni's books lately. Lol. In fact, while I only discovered this author like 2 years ago, I already own 30 of her books!

4th Place:

Rick Riordan is back at it again with the Percy Jackson series and I could not be more happy! I currently own 36 of his books!

3rd Place:

And Cassie Clare... I own ALL of her books... and then some 😅 Including my multiple editions of a couple of the books, I own 39 Cassandra Clare books. I regret nothing 😆

2nd Place:

And no one should be surprised by this one. Lol. I own 65 Jennifer Estep books! Some of them I own both the ebook and physical copy... don't judge me 😆

1st Place:

And at number one, like always, is R.L. Stine. I currently own 114 of his books 🤪

And here are how things changed from 3 years ago:
Julia Huni: New on the list! Rachel Vincent: Off the list Janette Rallison/C.J. Hill: Off the list Marissa Meyer: Off the list Cassandra Clare: I own 13 more books since 2021! Rick Riordan: No change lol Jennifer Estep: I own 28 more books since 2021! R.L. Stine: I own 8 LESS books since 2021... that one's different. Lol. I do get rid of some from time to time.
