My rating: ★★★★★

Things are bad, guys. They are SO bad!

No shit. Lol. But while the last volume made me cry, I found that this one was more on the fun side, which I appreciated after that sacrifice 😩

The Soul Reapers get some unexpected help, and honestly I was extremely surprised!

Besides that fun surprise, we got this fun group of characters that banded together: Kenpachi, Kurotsuchi, Nemu, Yumichika and Ikkaku, and poor little Hanataro! I loved this quirky group! Kurotsuchi and Kenpachi are NOT getting along, as you may have guessed lol...

And poor Hanataro is stuck in the middle of it all! Lol. He’s not a fighter, he’s a healer! Lol.

Anyway, I thought that was a lot of fun! I love a good action sequence, but I have to admit that my favorite thing about this volume was definitely the interactions between the characters!
