Work was rough like always, but I trained a new nurse this week so hopefully that will help turn things around. And to make myself feel better, I bought myself more nail polish 🙈😂
I'm also in the middle of a readathon, and I am having the best time!
This series was recommended to me by a coworker, and it seemed like a good one! I really like these actors! I've only made it halfway through episode two though. We'll see how things go.
Aside from that, I'm still slowly but surely making my way through Law & Order. Lol.
There's a new rewards event for The Sims 4! I wasn't expecting it, but I'm excited because, unlike the last one which was a login event, this one you actually have to complete quests, which is what I prefer.
There was also an update to the game that made some changes to the family trees! Let me reintroduce you to these guys cause it's been a while. Lol. I use the WinterRose family to complete these events. The kid right at the bottom is Daisy. Her mom, Aubrey, is descended from the family I did the Grim Reaper event with AND the family I did Winter event with. Daisy's dad, Christian, is the son of the Sim I did the Blast from the Past event, and his dad is Emit, who's a time traveler!
So there they are in the library completing quests, these ones involving some royal family or something. It ties into the new expansion pack that is coming out soon. Meanwhile, the kid is doing her homework. Lol.
Look at how cute this game is! He's tucking her in 😠Also, I have this save on short life span, and the kid aged up into a teen!
She is SO cute! I am currently working on a house for them because I honestly think it's time for them to move somewhere new. Lol.
And I am still playing ACNH, of course. Lol. And this week I actually went to my first treasure island! That is basically an island where the Switch is hacked, and you can just pick up whatever items you need. I needed some gold and stones. And I also picked up some Nook Miles tickets while I was there. Lol.
However, these islands are SUPER busy, so it was really annoying because people kept coming and going. I definitely won't be doing this very often. Lol.
I had another villager who lived previously on my island visit via the hotel!! I love this! And then Bones decided to give me this baby hat thing 😂 I love this game. Lol.
Yes, these are Seahawks colors. No, I don't care about sports. But I do care about Green Day at the Super Bowl 😉
