Books read this month:
Okay, I'm gonna try to only do one sentence per book because I actually read a lot this month. Lol. First, All Shall Mourn was a disappointing end to the series. Dead Fake, with its Fear Street vibes, was great, though! Predatory Natures was another good one with some unexpected mythology thrown in, which I appreciated. I liked the idea of The Haunted Bookstore and it was actually really cute, but in the end, it was just... fine. I enjoyed Artificial Condition and absolutely love Murderbot!
While I'm not loving this series as much as the Shadowhunter Chronicles, I did enjoy The Ragpicker King overall, and its developing mythos. Not only was Night Terror about a bookstore being held up, but it had a supernatural twist I was not expecting, but loved! Volume 15 of Spy x Family was another great addition to the series. Kaiju No. 8 was very interesting and very fun! And at the time of writing this, I still have not finished The Fox and the Devil, but it is my goal to finish it tonight! I'll come back and edit this with my thoughts once I finish it. Lol.
