Books read this month:
Assistant to the Villain and its sequel were SO much fun! I ended up enjoying them more than I thought I would! Plus, that villain was 😍 Mistborn I also really enjoyed! I loved the worldbuilding and the magic system. And the story was really good too. And then I took a break from all that fantasy and read two holiday horror novellas and they were so much fun! They were action-packed and gory and I just really enjoyed them!
And I am now officially caught up on the Spy x Family series 😭 I've been really enjoying it! This is also an action-packed series, but it's also really funny and heartwarming. I love it! And at the time of writing this post, I have not yet finished The Sword of Kaigen, but that's how I'm spending my day today! I've read just over half of it at this point and I am really enjoying it! It's such an interesting world with an interesting magic system. Terrible things started happening at the halfway point, so I am really curious to see how the book ends.
Favorite book of the month:
It was a fun book, okay? It was cute and silly and it made me happy. Lol.
Least favorite book of the month:
